My name is Michelle, and I’m the heart behind Rose & Aster — a jewelry brand rooted in love, memory, and self-expression.

Jewelry has always held a special place in my life. For me, it’s never been just about style (though that’s part of the fun!) — it’s about meaning. A favorite necklace, a gifted bracelet, or a ring you never take off can carry deep personal stories. That’s how it started for me.

When I was 11, my mom moved to France. Her absence was a big shift in my world, and it was hard. Once when I was visiting her, she gifted me a necklace — simple, beautiful, and just for me. I wore it daily. It wasn’t just jewelry; it became a little piece of her I could keep close. That feeling stayed with me.

The name Rose & Aster comes from our birth flowers — the rose for me, and the aster for my mom. It’s a small tribute to the bond we share and the comfort I found in something meaningful.

Through this brand, I hope to create pieces that allow you to do the same — to wear something that feels like you, or to give a gift that says what words sometimes can’t. Whether it’s a celebration, a memory, or just a way to express your spirit — I’m honored to be a small part of that.
