We use preorders to reduce waste of materials. We will still ship items within 1-2 weeks. Once your order is sent you will receive a confirmation email. If you have additional questions, please contact us!
if our item is out-of-stock check in again within the week to see if it’s restocked or up for preorder again!

We use USPS and UPS to ship your packages & shipping is calculated at checkout depending on location.
We provide free standard shipping on orders $75+
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewelry! If something’s not quite right, you’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Guidelines:
- Jewelry must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging
- We reserve the right to decline a return for any reason (e.g., if the item shows signs of wear or damage)
- If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund (minus shipping) back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to reflect.
Exchanges:
For exchanges it’s easiest to request a refund and purchase the correct size or product.
Final Sale Items:
Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
